No. 30998, we hereby inform you about the electronic communications that will be sent to you in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation on Commercial Communications and Commercial Electronic Communications (“Regulation”), as amended by the Regulation Amending the Regulation on Commercial Communications and Commercial Electronic Communications.

By accepting this Consent Form, you agree to be informed about promotional, marketing, campaign, promotional, opportunity, and advantage-related messages and notifications sent to you for commercial purposes by ‘Champ Rent a car’ and conducted on the website and similar electronic platforms belonging to ‘Champ Rent a car’; you acknowledge that communication may be established with you via email, text message, telephone, and similar means within the scope of these activities, and that such records may be shared with the relevant Ministry when necessary.

The acceptance of the Consent Form remains valid until the right to refuse is exercised; failure to give consent will not affect the services provided to you by ‘Champ Rent a car’.
